Lyndsey Danbery

Thank you all for continuing to walk beside us as we keep fighting back against this beast we call cancer! Fighting back for better treatments and ultimately a cure! In memory of Kendal. In honor of Kenedi. And for all others fighting blood cancers

Please join the fight with me and say #cancerstopswithme. We need awareness, we need funds, we need research and we NEED A CURE!

When I say “Cancer STOPS with me”, I mean it! Every 3 minutes someone in the US is diagnosed with a blood cancer. Please join me in my #cancerstopswithme fight to find better cures to improve the lives of kids battling cancer and help them thrive after cancer treatment.

About the National Man & Woman of the Year (MWOY) All Star Competition:
The National MWOY All Star Campaign is a national fundraising competition among a select group of MWOY alumni across the US. The male and female candidates who raise the most money during their 10-week campaign are named the National Man & Woman of the Year All Stars!

My battle against blood cancer started in 1994 when I was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). My #cancerstopswithme fight to STOP cancer started in 2014 when I ran for the local Man & Woman of the Year (MWOY) fundraising campaign.

Since I was diagnosed 25 years ago, I’ve gained many friends through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I have bonded with families and watched kiddos like Jake, Cole, Kenedi, Kendal, Avery, and far too many others, endure the same
